Q1	I receive intermittent prompts indicating 'Digitizer Error'. Why is this so?
A1	To rectify this, go to: Control Panel > Administrative tools > Services > Digitizer service > Disabled
Q2	I want to write Chinese characters using Windows XP Tablet PC English Edition.
A2	By default, the Chinese recognizer is installed. If you find the Chinese recognizer pack is not installed, please install the recognizer pack from Microsoft website: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/tools/default.mspx
